The SkillLab360 project evolved into something extraordinary: workforce enablement at national scale.

We built a system that could 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞—𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫—𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬, regardless of prior experience, language, or education. In real time. On the job.

If you could talk to the app, it would talk back and 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳—whether you were a tax officer in Andhra Pradesh or a pump operator in rural Maharashtra.

Sure, structured training still mattered for mastery. But the real innovation was 𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 that met people where they were—on their phones, in their own languages (Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, English … BYOL)—and 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁.

At its heart, it was about 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲: giving employers access to more smart, capable people and giving workers the means to step confidently into specialized roles.

We were flattening the talent pyramid—𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀.

Use cases

  • A tax code written in 1946, in English, updated almost weekly in Hindi, applied by Field Agents speaking in Telugu, needing to know if the tax code applies to the people in front of them

  • Tens of thousands of junior plumbers coming from villages and entering villages to connect water to every home, calculating the dynamic head of the local well so as to order the right pump

  • Training nurses needing to translate German medical terms and cultural dictums into their Marathi

Architecture, plainly

Publicly hosted frontier LLMs; a RAG system and data stores run in our AWS or deployed and jointly managed and institutional premises — the mix sized to each customer's rules. One core, licensed — the multilingual voice-to-voice engine — with custom products built on it: one advising tax officers in the field, another training and then advising plumbers, electricians, and masons on the situations the field throws at them.
